Tetra is outgoing and loud. He loves to play instruments, so much so that he asked Ashley to give him an extra pair of robotic arms so he can hold more of them.

Out of the Televi, he is one of the stronger ones, so he handles a lot of combat in place of the others. He frequently has to fend off Sires attempts at overthrowing Dia by fighting her until she gets bored and gives up.

In the district where he resides, he was given the task of overseeing the Televi underwater prison where Televi criminals stay (Televi are weak to water, so it's very difficult to escape). Crime is very uncommon amongst Televi, so the only ones kept there are perpetrators of very serious crime. Because of the low risk of a jailbreak, Tetra spends most of his time goofing off.
